Jazz in a decorated room from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., then the free Howl-o-ween Costume Parade for dogs and kids from 2 to 4 p.m. (stepping off at 3), with ribbons, biscuits, hot chocolate and adoptable dogs from Peace of Mind Dog Rescue and Animal Friends Rescue Project. The free Costume Party runs from 7 p.m. to close, with a costume contest at 9:30 for Best Costume, Best Group and Most Pacific Grove.
