The highly-anticipated Marina dining destination opened to the public in August 2017 after an extensive remodel and upgrade. Led by Executive Chef David Baron (formerly of Michelin-starred Atelier Crenn and Coi, Incanto and Casanova), the Salt Wood menu centers on raw, cured and wood-fired dishes, with a focus on seafood and features Central California Coast wines and local craft beer. The addition of a remodeled dining room and an al fresco dining patio allows for year-round use, more seating, and private banquet rooms with upgraded audio visual equipment for large corporate retreats, high-end social affairs and weddings.
