Collateral Order Form

The Official Monterey County Travel Guide is our go to resource for everything to sip, sail, shop, putt, pedal, play, surf, sun & spa in Monterey County. We offer the guide, additional brochures and maps to groups, conferences, meetings, reunions, etc on a complimentary, one per registered guest only basis. If you are a member, local business or local event please click here. We can also offer a visitor desk staffed by our Information Specialists upon request.

Please complete the form below to order collateral materials at least 7 days in advance of requested delivery date. All of our collateral is offered complimentary and can be delivered to your conference hotel or event location within Monterey County. All deliveries will be completed by 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders needed over the weekend or on a Monday morning will be delivered the previous Friday afternoon.

For 100-299 persons attending, we offer a complimentary information table with Visitor Guides, brochures & maps. Check box to request.

For 300 + persons attending, we can provide an Information Specialist, for a limited time, at the Information table. Check box to request.
